Services / Automatic Google indexing

Automatic Google indexing for every page you publish

The Index Pilot submits your new and updated pages to Google through the official Indexing API, automatically, within the hour they appear on your site. No credits, no manual requests.

Detects on its own

New and updated pages are found the moment they go live on your site, on any CMS, with no plugin.

The official channel

Submissions travel through Google's own Indexing API with your authorization, not gray methods.

Verified afterward

Every submission is checked against Google later, so you see indexed results, not just requests.

How automatic Google indexing works

When you connect a site, The Index Pilot maps every page that is already live and starts watching for changes. The moment you publish something new or update an existing page, it gets queued and submitted to Google through the Indexing API, the same direct channel Google provides for telling its crawler that a URL needs attention.

That submission is a strong crawl signal. Instead of waiting days or weeks for Googlebot to wander back to your site, you are raising your hand the moment the page exists. For content that depends on freshness, such as service pages, listings, or local landing pages, that difference shows up directly in how fast the page can start earning traffic.

Why this beats paid indexing credits

Most indexing services charge per URL, usually somewhere between five and fifty cents each, every time. Those costs scale with your publishing volume forever. The Index Pilot works differently:

  • One flat price. $25 a month covers unlimited domains and normal publishing volume. Publishing more pages does not cost more.
  • The official channel. Submissions go through Google's own Indexing API with your authorization, not through indirect link networks or crawler bait.
  • Fully automatic. There is nothing to paste, no credits to top up, and no dashboard you have to remember to visit. Publishing is the only step.

Because submission alone is not the whole story, every submitted page is also verified afterward. Our index monitoring service asks Google whether the page actually made it into the index and tells you the reason when it did not.

What you need to get started

You sign in with the Google account that manages your sites in Search Console, choose which sites to put on autopilot, and that is the whole setup. Sites you manage for clients work the same way as your own, which is why agencies run their entire roster through one account. If you publish in bulk or migrate content, the bulk URL submission tool lets you queue up to 500 URLs at once.

Google decides what it indexes; no service can honestly guarantee a ranking or an indexing outcome. What The Index Pilot guarantees is that every page you publish gets in front of Google immediately, gets verified, and gets resubmitted when it makes sense, without you spending a minute on it.
