How bulk submission works

Paste your URLs into the bulk box on the dashboard, one per line, up to 500 at a time. The Index Pilot validates every line, matches each URL to one of your connected sites, and queues the whole batch for submission to Google and, where enabled, to Bing and Yandex through IndexNow. You get an immediate summary of what was queued and what was rejected, with the reason next to each rejected line.

Built for the messy real world

• Validation with reasons. A typo or a URL from a site you have not connected gets called out by name instead of silently dropped.
• Duplicate protection. URLs already in the queue are skipped, so pasting an overlapping list twice cannot double submit.
• Quota aware. Batches respect Google's daily limits automatically. Anything over the daily allowance rolls into the next day and sends itself, in order, until the batch is done.
• Ownership enforced. Submissions only work for sites you have authorized, which keeps the whole pipeline on Google's official rails.

When to reach for it

The most common uses we see: pushing a batch of refreshed pages after a content update, resubmitting a section after fixing technical issues, nudging pages that index monitoring flagged as not indexed after you improved them, and getting a migrated site recrawled quickly. For everyday publishing you should not need it at all, because automatic Google indexing catches new pages on its own.

Like everything in The Index Pilot, bulk submission is included in the flat price. There is no per URL charge, which changes how you use it: resubmitting a hundred improved pages stops being a budgeting decision and becomes a ten second habit.
