Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

The Index Pilot (we, us) is an automatic search-engine indexing service operated at theindexpilot.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can delete it at any time.

Information we collect

Google account access

When you connect Google Search Console, The Index Pilot requests access via Google's OAuth consent flow, limited to two purposes:

We do not access your email, contacts, files, or any other Google data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the actions above. You can revoke The Index Pilot's access at any time from your Google account permissions page or by disconnecting inside The Index Pilot. Revoking takes effect immediately.

The Index Pilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

What we don't do

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Delete your account (or email us) and your personal information, connected-site data, and stored tokens are removed.

Third-party services

We use a small number of processors to run The Index Pilot: hosting infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and the search engines' own APIs (Google, Microsoft Bing, and IndexNow participants) to submit your pages. Each receives only what is necessary for its function.
